Here is a starting list of resources that will be helpful in conducting a literature review on research and issues in Educational Technology. Australian Educational Computing - the peer-reviewed, online journal of the Australian Council for Computers in Education (ACCE).

Australian Journal of Educational Technology - a refereed journal publishing research and review articles in educational technology, instructional design, educational applications of computer technologies, educational telecommunications and related areas.

Center for Technology in Learning -

CEO Forum on Education and Technology - the Forum issues an annual assessment of the United State's progress toward integrating technology into classrooms through the year 2000.

Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education - an online journal published by the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE).

Educational Technology Review - a multidisciplinary forum and focal point for AACE members to exchange information between disciplines, educational levels, and information technologies.

Educational Technology & Society - a peer reviewed, online, quarterly journal that publishes academic articles on the issues affecting the developers of educational systems and educators who implement and manage such systems.

EDUCAUSE - a nonprofit association whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology.

EJournal - a pioneering all-electronic, peer-reviewed, multi-disciplinary academic journal published at the University of Calgary since 1991. Articles about the theory and practice surrounding the creation, transmission, storage, interpretation, alteration and replication of electronic "text," broadly defined; plus, the broader social, psychological, literary, economic and pedagogical implications of computer-mediated networks.

Galileo Educational Network Association (GENA) - a professional development and research initiative focused on the fundamental changes to teaching, learning and staff development that information and communications technology both requires and enables.

IBM Systems Journal - a quarterly, refereed technical publication, featuring the work of
authors from systems and software fields in information science and the computer industry.

Institute for Learning Technologies - Columbia University - Teachers College

Interactive Multimedia Electronic Journal of Computer-Enhanced Learning (IMEJ) - Computer-enhanced learning is the focus of this refereed, interactive, multimedia online journal. Articles highlight effective uses of technology across disciplines within higher education.

International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) - a nonprofit American professional organization with a worldwide membership of leaders in educational technology dedicated to promoting appropriate uses of information technology to support and improve learning, teaching, and administration in K–12 education and teacher education.

Interpersonal Computing and Technology Journal (IPCT-J) - Educational use of computers and telecommunication, Computer mediated communication, human factors in CMC, and many other subjects. 

Journal of Computing in Higher Education (JCHE) - publishes articles that contribute to our understanding of the issues, problems, and research associated with instructional technology in higher education. 

Journal of Special Education Technology (JSET) - refereed, professional journal concerning the use of technology in special education. 

Journal of Technology Education (JTE) - a forum for scholarly discussion on topics relating to technology education.

Language Learning and Technology - a refereed journal that disseminates research on issues related to technology and language education.

Learning and Leading with Technology (L&L) -  Articles that appear in L&L are written by educators for educators: classroom teachers, lab teachers, technology coordinators, and teacher educators.

Mathematics and Computer Education - mathematics and computer education journal for college educators.

Meridian - middle school computer technologies e-journal published by an interdisciplinary group of graduate students at North Carolina State University.

North Central Regional Education Laboratory (NCREL) - Educational technology resources online. Some resources focus on technology and its use in education. Others focus on popular topics in education, such as professional development and policy, which have an educational technology component.

North Central Regional Technology in Education Consortium (NCRTEC) - one of 10 Regional Technology in Education Consortia funded by OERI of the U.S. Department of Education. Their mission is to help schools and adult literacy programs to develop technology-embedded practices that lead to improved and engaged learning for students.

Online Chronicle of Distance Education and Communication (OCDEC) - the electronic source for information about distance education produced by Nova Southeastern University.
